It is currently a big house built from the remains of the church, in which we can still see the apse from outside. This church is dated back in the XIII century, within the Romanesque style. The Order of the Temple had duties in Añesa, a fact stated since 1157, the same year the Templars awarded this place with a municipal charter (Carta Puebla). As a result, this primitive church was built.
